VF Germany: LTE Performance will Replace Fixed Voice and Broadband Service

Paul Rasmussen reports to FierceWireless Europe that Vodafone Germany's new CEO Jens Schulte-Bockum (pictured), said in an interview to the Rheinische Post (here, German) that he:

"..  expects data traffic volume to grow by 2,000 per cent over the next three years .. investment in LTE will be vital .. performance of LTE will also encourage fixed line customers in Germany to move their voice and broadband subscriptions across to LTE .. voice and messaging revenues accounts for around two-thirds of its revenue today, but will fall to contributing only a third of the company's overall revenues in a few years"/
